Getting a car back on the road

My dad's 2002 Toyota Avalon has been in the garage for the last 3 years without being started. I want to get the car back on the road. What steps should I take to do this?

I would change the battery change the oil. How much gas is in the tank?

The tank is 3/4 full. My main question is regarding the initial start-up. Will this fuel ruin the injectors. I only want to drive it to a mechanic.

3yrs is a long time tohave gas in a tank it wont ruin the injectors just not sire how the engine will run on it.
