1991 Geo Storm How do I tighten the power steering belt

I have a 91 geo storm will not stay started and I believe its the power steering belt Im trying to figure out how to tighten it any help would be great

You need a 1/2 inch ratchet. Put it in square hole ont the right of the of the housing. Now using the ratchet you have to push the handle foward towards the rear of the car yoiu may have to loosen the top bolt in order to tighten the belt.I know it seems and fells wrong at first but thats how it works. Too loosen the belt reverse the ratchet and remove the top bolt.
