Have taken excellent care of car, its old. While driving, car puttered and engine turned off and rolled to a stop. Tried to restart the car, engine turns but not on. There is a soft churning noise from, below the driver's seat. Tried a new battery, still will not start. Its been suggested that it might be the fuel filter, then the fuel pump. How can I find out if its one or the other?
