1994 Geo Prizm Bogging and sputtering

I have a 94 prizm and yesterday I was driving and the car died radio and all still on just the motor I coasted off to side and had some issues starting car back up then it did and it was sputtereing alot so I sat there trying to get it to idle correct and finally it did but as soon as I acccerlerate and to much air gets in it bogs out or dies I had to drive very slow and still am it is taking forever to get anywhere and I am starting to get weird noises it happend last night

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging etc. Could be caused by one of the following below:

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
