I recently got a gearbox fault on the dash, and I have an Autel scanner, so I scanned vehicle and I'm getting a p1780 code. I just changed the whole shifter out and still getting code. What could it be?

Code P1780 Transmission Control Switch (TCS) not cycled during the self-test. So, there is a g37 ground wire that needs to be checked which is at the lower left side of the dash on the car cross beam. Also, please check the fuse # f27, f5 in the under-hood fuse panel and fuse # f67 and f80 in the interior fuse panel left front of the passenger's compartment. Here is a guide to help you. Also, I have included the transmission wiring diagrams as well so you can see how the system works.
