Gasoline smell, car sometimes hisitates, sometime stops, but starts right back up

Dealer has replaced fuel pump 30 days ago and also replaced the gas overflow filter?
Now it has the raw gas smell back and hesitates sometimes, stalls sometimes, but starts back up and you can go on your way. Wife is driving car and feels it is low on power.

I would start by retrieving dtcs from the pcm and run an evap system test this is the only way to diagnose evap and fuel system/driveability concerns with any accuracy. Get us some codes and we can get closer to an educated guess as to what's going on with your vehicle.
