Gaskets for exhaust Flex pipe

I purchased online the exhaust flex pipe as pictured below in the schematic diagram and the photo, since the original was damaged as in the last picture below, next to it. Do I need to purchase the nuts and bolts and gasket as pictured below as well?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Yes, it is usually best to purchase new hardware when doing the replacement. Rust has a way of ruining the threads on the nuts and bolts after time as well as the possibility of being stripped. Best to replace while performing the repair as well as the gaskets. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
