Gas smell inside van

When I fill my gas tank up when I drive there's a strong order of gas, but when the gas gets to halfway down there is no smell or leaks.

More than likely this is a purge solenoid or canister issue. Basically what happens is when you fill the tank the vapor is pushed into this system and the purge valve allows the vapor into the engine. More then likely this is leaking and allowing that vapor to enter the passenger compartment through the HVAC system.

I attached the process on how to replace the solenoid. We should start here and inspect all the lines going to the solenoid for cranking or leaks.
