Now when braking I get a creaking rusty spring sound

So I recently got a wheel bearing replaced on my car (listed above) now when braking I get a creaking/rusty spring sound coming from that side. I took it to the mechanic and they checked their work and the only thing they found was the pads were low.

More then likely this is the front pads wear indicators or the rattle clips are making noise. Here is a guide that will help with this:
