Gauges are not working except when I step on the breaks and then not all the time and everything on the dash lights up. I checked fuses on the assess door all test okay, except for cluster fuse. I replaced this fuse and it still is not working. The new fuses test as if they are bad? This is a 1998 Jimmy.

It may be just the dash is bad, have it checked to see if all gauges are getting power if they are then it is the dash and they can be rebuilt.
