Fuse that controls the clutch on compressor is not getting power?

Replaced A/C compressor after old one locked up and spit clutch assembly off.
I had A/C recharged and double checked all connections are connected. The cooling fan for engine works. I'm still without air conditioning. Fuse 10amp is still good even replaced and nope. Checked all fuses under hood with probe tester and all good except for the fuse that controls the clutch on compressor it's not getting power to just that one.

There is an A/C clutch relay that I would swap out, here is the location. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you, sir. Monday I will get a new relay and drop that in there and cross my fingers that's it. I have seen also the evap sensor and its smart location Ford put it that the relay does it. Let you know how goes.
