Was using air compressor connected to cigarette lighter and compressor stopped. I plugged in cell phone to check and it didnt charge. I checked all 10amp, 20amp, 25 amp fuses but none were popped. I was told to check fuse # 10 so I extra checked that one but it looked intact.

Good afternoon,

I attached the fuse box diagram for you to view. Check the fuse I circled. Use a test light and verify power to both sides with the fuse installed.

It is a 25 amp fuse.

I don't have a test light so I pulled the 25a fuse at #10 and saw it was not popped. I even put in another 25a fuse and still no power. My manual says #10 is "Aux" so is that the right fuse location?

Correct, you need to test for voltage at the fuse with either a voltmeter or test light. You may have a bad fuse box.
