I’m going to pick a part to remove a gas tank on a 2002 Chevrolet venture LS van.
Really help if I knew exactly what size and type of tools I will need to take so I don’t take my full tool box as it’s very heavy.

Hello,

I would take a set of metric 3/8' sockets, ratchet, and extensions, a set of metric wrenches, phillips/flat head screwdriver, utility knife, GM quick connector release tools and that should really be it. I have also included the instructions for the removal, disassembly, reassembly, and installation of the fuel tank for this vehicle in the diagrams down below. Please get back to us and let us know how everything turns out, or let us know if you need anything else to help.

Thanks,
Alex
