California emissions equipped. Fuel tank was leaking along a seam but never lit the CEL. Dropped and replaced the fuel tank using original fuel pump and emissions valves in a brand new tank. Hooked up all the lines and have driven it about one hundred miles. It starts hard and idles rough, Once under way it drives fine but eventually the CEL comes on. I am getting lean bank 1 and lean bank 2 codes along with random and cylinder specific misfire codes. Changes when codes are cleared and new read is taken,
First read has them all misfiring and also indicated O2 sensor issues. I am thinking fuel starvation/bleed down? We did have the fuel pump out thinking we were going to replace the fuel filter but it looked like we had the wrong filter. We did have the pump motor out too. Is there something we messed up? Is it just air in the system? I cannot find a valve under hood to bleed the fuel system.

Recheck your work then check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. You may have a kinked line or pump not in all the way or leaking. See link.
