I’m struggling in finding the proper fuel rail push to connect fitting.

I’m using 5/16 nylon fuel tubing and have purchased both Dorman 800-645 and 800-784. I’ll attach pictures with the measurements listed above each photo. I can’t get the seals or gaskets to actually seal up. You can hear a hissing sound but if I turn the connector or slightly jiggle it side Tlingit side the hissing will dampen down but not completely go away but during the drive or over a day or so it’s completely unsealed. Never actually leaking fuel but vapors for sure. I’ve taken them off several times adjusting the o rings on the inside as well as lubing them up as well. Within a doubt the hissing is coming from the inside but the installation of the tubing onto the fitting cause I’ve wrapped them so tight with silicone take just to verify as that doesn’t affect the noise in the slightest way.

If these aren’t the proper code ones if you can recommend ones that should be used. I tried looking at Ford but they don’t have an actual photo of this part. And I can’t remember exactly what mine looked like from back then but definitely leaning more towards the white then the red.

The issue you are having is this is the wrong style connector. Take a look below at all the different styles. Looks like this is style 5 and you need style 1.

Here is a video that covers some of this info and how to remove them:

I attached a number of documents for your review.

Please run through this and let us know what questions you have. Thanks.
