Fuel pumps do not shut off when key is on

The fuel pumps will not shut off anytime the key is on. They run I replaced the pressure control valve and the relay. Nothing has helped yet. Need help please.

Good morning.

The ECM is what controls the fuel pump. They should come on for two seconds with the key on. Then they will come on all the time with the key cranking and the engine running.

If you replace the relay, then most likely it is the ECM that has failed.

It is inside the right under the right side of the dash by the cowl.
