I attached the wiring diagram and fuse location in the panel. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks.

Good day, what’s the difference between starter relay 3 and 4? I am having issues with my 2000 VW Beetle and am trying to troubleshoot a “no start, just click”.
