Fuel pump Issues

My car has gone through four fuel pumps in less than six months. What could be causing this issue?

Good afternoon.

This could be caused by either a voltage issue or contamination in the tank itself.

You need to have someone check the current draw to the pump while it is running.

The tank or fuel in the tank needs to be check for dirt or debris that may be getting sucked up and locking up the fuel pump.
