I have went thru the whole fuel line, newhich pump/in line filter and new relays/fuse. Fuel pump fuse connector not getting power.

My question is. Do I have to replace the whole block or just the strip of connectors that the fuse is on?

When are you expecting to have voltage on the fuel pump fuse? If you want to test the circuit, bypass the pump relay by removing its cover and squeezing the contact or with a jumper wire in the socket, then listen if the pump is running. If it is, that entire circuit is okay.

If the pump doesn't run during engine cranking, the very first thing to check is if you have spark. You can expect to find way more problems causing no spark AND no fuel than you will either individual circuit.

Dandy. Then do the relay bypass. If the pump runs, that proves the fuse, pump, and wiring are okay.

I'm racing a dying laptop battery. If we need to dig into a wiring diagram, I may have to do that tomorrow, but I will get back here as soon as possible.
