Fuel pump failures

At times car will not start because it is not getting enough fuel. On my fourth fuel pump in 3 years. What could be causing pump to fail?

Good morning,

It could be from debris in the tank causing the failures.

What brand pumps are you using?

Tank was dropped and cleaned on the first fuel pump replacement.
