Fuel pump assembly swap

Hi,

My vehicle listed above has a In tank
fuel pump assembly
(Mopar # 42021AE06A) - with integrated Fuel Filter
(Mopar # 42072AE00A)

The 2003 Baja has a In tank
Fuel Pump Assembly
(Mopar # 42022AE02B)
And a in line under hood fuel filter
(Mopar # 42072AA011)

Could I replace my fuel pump assembly with integrated fuel filter from my 2006 Baja with:

Fuel pump assembly found on 2003 Baja - which is much cheaper, and install a in line under hood filter. Both of these part numbers are listed above.
Both fuel pump assembly have the same bolt pattern.
Images are included.
What do you think?

There can be a pressure difference between the pumps if not you should be okay with the retro fit pump. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Let me know how it goes.

Sorry for delay in follow up.
I think the issue was all the debris in tank kept clogging the strainer/sock.
As when I removed fuel pump and cleaned strainer, all was great until strainer became clogged again.
Tank replacement is a major task.
So I sold car. Thanks!
