This is the pump control system. The relay is turned on and off by the ECM and sends power back to the pump motor on the dark green with yellow striped wire. That wire connects to the inertia switch and comes out of that switch as pink with black wire. That goes to the pump module in the tank. The only differences if you have a California vehicle are the emissions parts, the fuel pump relay and wiring are the same. If you don't have power on the pink with black wire at the pump, check the fuel pump fuse the relay and the inertia switch. The switch is behind the cowl panel on the right side of the van.
