Will not start and fuel runs out of Throttle body

When I try to start my car, gas runs out of the throttle body and will not start.

Good morning,

The engine is flooded from too much fuel.

Disconnect the wiring on the injectors and see if fuel still leaks out while cranking.

The fuel pressure regulator could also cause this as well. I attached a picture for you to view and the regulator is on the end of the fuel rail.

If it does, the injectors are bad and need to be replaced.

If it does not, then it could be either the wiring to the ECM or the ECM itself.
