Does not start?

Replaced the fuel pump still no fuel pressure. Truck will not start.

Ok heres a few things to check
1..can you hear the pump run inside the tank if you turn the key to on but not crank the engine should gear ut buzz as the dash lights up
2..if not" check the relay and the fuze
3.. if the relays good and the pumps coming on
4..check the fuel pressur regulator if its bad somtimes it will get stuck open alowing the fuel to pass through the fuel rail and not build the needed fuel pressure for it to run
good chance the problem is there..hope this helps good luck.

If you cannot hear the fuel pump come on in the tank after turning the key on the fuel pump is bad or defective, also I would try checking the fuse 9 (ECM Batt) and swap out the fuel pump relay, here is the locations for both. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
