replacing fuel lines that go to fuel filter?

I need to replace the fuel lines that go to the fuel filter on both sides.They are rusted and stripped out badly and will not come off. I am replacing the fuel pump also if that helps. Any information would be helpful.Thanks.

Hello,

Yes it happens. Disconnect the battery before you begin. Below are diagrams of the fuel lines and system so you can see what you are in for when changing the fuel lines out. Check out the diagrams (below).Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
