After replacing my starter, the battery, and the alternator my car started having fuel pouring out of the hood. I tracked it down to the fuel line located in the engine compartment. Do I just have a leaky, old O-ring? Or do I need to replace the entire fuel line? Could it just be loose?

Hi,

Certainly, it could be a bad O-ring, but it could also be a steel line, a rubber line, or even a nylon line.

Can you take a pic and upload it for me to see where it's leaking from? That would be helpful.

Also, I attached a pic below showing the fuel lines, fuel rail, and pressure regulator. I highlighted areas where connections are made. Check around those areas as well.

Let me know.

Take care,

Joe
