For a while I smelled fuel but never saw a leak. Over the past week or two, I have noticed a stain on my driveway from fuel and now notice a decent amount of fuel leaking every time I park. What is the best course of action if I want to fix this myself?

I would inspect the filler neck hoses under the vehicle because these are known to corrode and leak over time. Also just do a general overall inspection of the fuel tank for fuel staining for a possible fuel pump o-ring failure. If you find that it is a repair that you cannot handle, get it to a shop as soon as you can for safety reasons. I added an illustration of where some leaks can come from.
