The vehicle fuel gauge is not functioning, and the fuel level indicator light is on but there is fuel in the fuel Tank, when the ignition is on or when the Engine is running, the Gauge needle will move a bit.
I checked for power at the connectors of the fuel pump Gauge, there is 2v. Could I get a wire diagram for the fuel Gauge and fuel pump?

It sounds like the fuel level sensor has gone bad which is common, here are the wiring diagrams for the gauge so you can see which wires to test and how the system works. I also have included how to change the unit out in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

Hello, after a while the vehicle was taking longer time to crank, it was behaving as having a bad battery, I reconnected the battery terminals. And when the engine started the Guage was now working fine.
To my surprise the fuel gauge terminal reads 10v but it was unable to power a test light before the battery was reconnected.
