Hi, I recently bought the car listed above mk4 second hand, fuel warning light was on so I filled it with petrol the fuel gauge read full. After driving roughly 25 miles the fuel gauge still reads full. Is this normal for this car? And will the gauge move after doing a certain amount of miles? Also I've noticed the clutch biting point is high as in you put clutch pedal down change gear no problem, however I've noticed the biting point is just before you release the pedal. Is this normal for this car?

Hello,

The fuel level gauge reading full after 25 miles seems to be normal. Usually when the fuel level is at the maximum level it take little bit more for the gauge to move as when you fill up there is fuel on the filler neck that needs to burn before the actual float that controls the gauge will move. So this is just fine.
Just keep an eye on it for the next 30-40 miles. It should go down.

The clutch release point is typical for the year of that Clio. Just about all of them will release the clutch fully almost at the top of the travel.
