The truck is bogging down when I give it gas and won’t let me go over 20-30 MPH. When I give it gas it’s like it’s not getting enough and it’s shutting off.

Hi,

The fuel filter is in the fuel tank and part of the fuel pump assembly. I attached two pics below showing the location.

Let me know if this is what you needed.

Take care,

Joe

If it is a first generation Tacoma 4cyl, look under the exhaust manifold and above the starter, should be between the them. If you want you can move it to the top of the fender well, takes about 1/2 day to do but wow! Makes it 100 times easer to change it in the future, go on line type in " gen.1 fuel filter mod."
