Replacing the fuel filter the o rings came out and I don't know how to get them (2) back in.

Hello, I'm Danny.
You might just want to try using your pinky finger to install them. Also, once you get them in use a flashlight and Q-tip to ensure they are installed flush. Keep us updated as to the outcome or if you have any further questions on this issue. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
