Fuel fill hose replacement instructions needed?

Need to know how to go about changing the rubber hose that goes from gas fill tube to the tank.

Np, I would make sure the gas tank is close to empty or drain the fuel out. Please watch this video, also do not smoke or have an open flame around the fuel.
