How to siphon fuel

It has an anti siphoning fixture to the tank. How can I siphon the fuel out of it before it goes to scrap metal please?

Well, if you cannot just stick a siphon hose into the tank and siphon gas out, perhaps you could disconnect a fuel line, attach a rubber hose to it with a clamp then into a gas can and hotwires the fuel pump.

I have done that on cars before. I ran a hot wire to the fuel pump relay and it just ran and ran until I disconnected it.
