Front end noises

I just bought this car and noises are coming from the front end, tires area, sounds kinda like your driving thru a tunnel. The brakes also squeal and whine. What could this be?

When does the noise happen? Turning, braking, highway speeds?

Just based on the description of a tunnel, I suspect it is the tires themselves but let me know this info and we can figure this out.

Also, if you can get a video of it where we can hear it, that may help us get this quicker. Thanks
