Front end clicking when turning either right or left.

I am hearing a clicking noise when turning my car to the left or to the right.Do you have any suggestion's as to what could making the noise?

Front drive shaft CV joint, if the noise is both sides get both shafts replaced.

Can you suggest a web site that might be able to give me instruction's on how to replace the front end drive shaft and cv joints on the same 1991 Ford Probe?
