The windows fog up in cold weather, and no air or very little air comes out of the defrosters. Just wondering if the blend door is stuck or the blend door actuator is bad. I would like to know where it's located. I'm thinking behind the glove box, but I'm not sure. Thanks

Yep, this can happen when the mode blend door actuator gets weak, or there is something inside the HVAC plenum that is stopping the door from its complete range, ie: ink pen, coins tooth picks. When you remove the mode actuator make sure you can turn the bland door pivot from lock to lock by hand before installing the new part. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on :) Check out the images (below) and I will email you the images as well. They call it an "air outlet servo motor" FYI.
