I completely re did the braking system, except the ABS Module. All new brake lines. No crimps in the lines. All new calipers front and back. New flex lines in front wheels to calipers. Replaced the front calipers again thinking there might be a defect. Still have the same problem. Front brakes binding. Next step replaced the master cylinder. Same problem. Replaced the master cylinder again. Still the same problem. Truck has ABS. I'm wondering if the ABS Module is not releasing pressure. Any ideas? Thanks!

If calipers aren't releasing check brake hoses going to them for being collapsed. That may be your problem.

Thanks for your quick response. So even though the front flex line hoses to the calipers are 10 months old, they could be defective? I appreciate your feed back, and will give that a try. Thanks again!

I overlooked that sorry. You might have a pro try bleeding the system as he can open the valves on abs unit and get it done better but it still cold be the abs

Ok thanks. I don't have an abs computer to bleed the brakes, so I just bled them the standard way. I will do that. Thanks again for your feed back!
