Front automatic seat belts do not work

Automatic front seat belts:

1. Drivers side will not go up.
2. Passengers side will not go down.

Hello,

This is common when the re-tractors go out you will need to replace the units. we can't recommend opening the units up to see if they can be fixed for safety reasons. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
