Front and Rear Shocks replacement?

Hi, I have driven my car 226,540Km and I would like to know if I need to replace my car front and rear shocks. While slow driving around 20-30Km/hr shocks seems to work fine but sometimes when it hits the potholes it hits really hard. And while driving on highways I feel slight vibration. I have checked it from Honda dealership they offered free multiple point inspections and asked them to check my car’s suspension they mentioned it looked fine no leaking or damage to them; I have also done the wheel alignment every year. So, I want opinion should I replace both front and rear shocks or not? Plus, If you guys suggest which option should I go with Monroe Quick shocks or OEM (it costs $$$$) thank you

I would go with OEM shocks, and if they are not leaking I would just change the front ones, here is how. Here are the prices for OEM as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
