I am having a problem with the front brakes on a 1998 Ford Windstar, v6, 3.0. It has a slight hesitation in the brake peddle just as it about to come to a complete stop. I have changed the rotors and put new pads on, and bled the lines. What else could it be.

Mot exactly sure what you mean by hesitation. You should spray doen the rear brakes, gring off any lip on the drum, and adjust the shoes out when you do a front brake job. That may be part of your problem.
