2002 Ford Windstar 02 Censor

02 censor. ( Censor 2 Bank 2 ) shows a circuit malfunction even after changing the censor. I have reset and erased codes on 2 separate occations.
No even after reseting I am getting a continuous emision light on dash, that did stay off for about 30 miles on the first 2 attempts.
Please advise.

The faulty oxygen sensors may have caused the catalytic converter to fail as well, a clogged converter will cause the same engine codes to appear as a faulty o2 sensor. Have the cat. Converter flow tested.
