2000 Ford Windstar shakes in first

Transmission problem
2000 Ford Windstar Automatic 146000 miles

I got in my van 2 days ago and it is shaking while I initially start moving, like the first gear is having troubles. Then from first to second it kind of lags but after that is it fine. As long as I am going it works fine, but once I come to a complete stop and start moving it shakes for a second. Any idea?

My 1998 Ford Windstar is doing the same thing, it shakes from a stop to acceleration, it seems like its the first gear.

I could use some help here too.
