2000 Ford Windstar misfire

I have changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, coil pack I did a fuel presure test it was good did a compresion test all cylinders are at 150 and still have a misfire on #2 when I put it in drive and put it under a load at aabout 1500 rpms it takes like 3 minutes then it starts misfiring again what else could cause this and I also put a new injector in #2

Check injector no.2

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
