2000 Ford Taraus SES

I have a 2000 Ford Taraus with 95,000 Miles on it. When I start driving it and it shift's gears it seems like it Stutters a bit but after I push the Gas it seems to be fine. It does this somtime when changing Gears. What would be the Proper steps to take. Thanks

Try changing the tranny's fluid and filter-the OBD2 panic lite/SES/CEL is it On or flashes at times.

Well, when is the last time you have it serviced, if not sure when-get it done and comeback and we'll look into other areas that can be causing it.
