What is the relay located behind the heater/ac controls inside the cabin?

The fuse junction panel is behind the left side of dash, there is nothing listed for behind center of dash. Do you have a component not operating? May be blower motor relay.?

No relay for the lighter, most likely fuse is blown for it.
