1999 Ford Windstar rack n pinion

1999 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I did a rack and pinion job on this 1999 ford windstar. The only thing I unplug was the o2 sensor. I didnt unplug anything else. After finishing the job the car is throwing all these transmission codes. The car doesnt even want to shft gears anymore. I have no idea what would cause that. The O/D light is flashing too. The check engine light doesnt come on but my code reader is showing up 11 ccodes. Any idea? All the plugs to the tranny is pluged in I didnt touch none of it

Sounds like water / fluid may have gone into the PCM. Check PCM cover to see if it's loose or if any water damage is noticable around PCM connector.
