Noises problem
1999 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 99 ford windstar makes a weird noise when going up hill, someone said it might be the torque converter I will check the motor mounts though. Just wondering if it's possible for the torque converter to be loose or whatever?

It sounds like a fan scraping the side of something, when going uphill then I let go of the gas and it stops. I accelerate slowly.

Check the motor and trans mounts to make sure there isn's a broken one.
