Where the flasher unit located

What up fellow car people I have a1993 ford thunderbird and recently my turn signal stop working so im guessing the flasher must be replace so I go out to buy the flasher little did I know it's not in the fuse box so my question is where is it located in the car help me please :x

You may try looking under driver side dash. Or in glove compartment. Should be about 1inch round and shiny silver

You might also try checking fuses.I had a bad flasher once, but my signals blinked fast
