There is no blower relay. The power goes from the switch to the blower resistor to the blower motor. The high speed bypasses the resistor and turns the blower to high. Put it on high and see if the problem goes away. If so it is the resistor.

The blower turns on and off pretty randomly- doesnt matter where I put the fan speed. When the blowers on, the fan speed settings work fine, and when the blower is off, its completely off. Does this sound like a lose wire or soemhting then? It turns on and off so randomly- doesnt require any jiggling (speed bumps) or anyhting like that.

The failure rates are 20% switch and 80% resister. I wouild replace the resister first. Good luck
