95 bird shuts itself off

I have a 95 thunderbird with 160,000 miles and an automatic 4.6 v8. After the car reaches operating temp the idel starts to surge and after a afew min it stops runng like the switch has been shut off. After it stops running it wont start untill it cools down. We replaced all of the o2 sensers.

Investigate the TPS and the idle speed control-that cehecks out -do a fuel pressure check and report ASAP with your findings.
